The BEST Bodysurfing Fins? Review & Unboxing of DaFin Swimfins

So, the best body surfing swim fins out of there today in 2018? I did some research online and I kept coming back to the DaFin swim fins from Hawaii.

They certainly seem to have the credentials as they are the only things supported by the US Lifeguard Association.

They are also one of the few bodysurfing fins that float so if you lose them you know they are safe.

They are supposed to be the most comfortable bodysurfing fins out there, but I haven’t tried many fins in a long time so it’s hard for me to say much on that. However, I do like them because they generate a lot of power, likely due to their unique design.

If you skip towards the end of this video you will see me using them in quick Go Pro clip. It is a little bit rough and ready but it gives you the idea of how much fun these DaFin swim fins can be in the surf!

I also like to use these alongside my Catch Surf Womper handplane as this gives me a bit more lift when riding the waves. Link to my Womper review:

Hopefully you can see the quality of these DaFin bodysurfing fins, and why I think they are probably the best bodysurfing fins out there today.

I got these from, who throw in a pair of free fin savers to go with these body surfing swim fins, which was very nice! Hence I would recommend their site to get these in the UK. They also recommend you call them in advance of ordering your fins to discuss the sizing of any bodysurfing or bodyboarding fins you buy online.

Here’s the page for these exact fins:

Check out their sizing guide for fins, too.

PS If you have a better pair to recommend, leave it in the comments below and let the discussion flow!
