When divers talk about regulators they are usually talking about a complete set of regulators which is typically made up of a first stage, hoses, a second stage, a redundant second stage (normally referred to as an Octopus) and an instrument console (which can include pressure gauge, depth gauge, compass or possibly a dive computer)

All of these components can be bought individually but manufacturers match suitable elements together to create pre-assembled packs to meet a number of uses and environments that both recreational and technical divers typically find themselves in.

Aaron Gradidge says:

Love the aqualung legend! I use the legend lx! Lightweight and compact with all the bells and whistles! I was doing a pool session checking my buoyancy with a steel 12l at 50 bar, I sucked the cylinder absolutely dry and didn’t notice any difference until the last few breaths! I also love the apeks black ice and the scubapro A700 with the MK25! I also enjoyed the aqualung mikron when I used it on a dive in Mozambique! But my legend stays tops! With the parts for life, the ACD and the performance! All round my favorite regulator set!

Im happy you finally highlighted some specific products. Everyone of your reviews is okay, but you only say positive things about them (you have a business you want sales), even if they aren’t that great. Please do more top picks videos for different equipment.
