Wow, what a load of nonsense about the ability of stainless to remain sharp and stain free. I have been using the one 12C27 stainless steel blade in salt water for years, still good and sharp. In general, titanium is a useless material for a knife blade (great for knife handles!). If you are too lazy to flush your knife, don’t bring a knife. If you are too ignorant to learn how to sharpen your knife, don’t buy a knife. And if you don’t know anything about knives and steels, don’t make a video pretending you do.
